Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please contact us at alluretile@gmail.com prior to purchase with any possible return questions.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If product has been shipped directly to you the return window starts on the ship date (which typically allows about 21 days to start the return).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Not all items are eligible for return. Return freight and restock fees are common with vendors we purchase from.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us first.

Refunds

Orders may possibly be cancelled prior to shipping and eligible for refund. Please contact us via phone at 952-846-4300 or email at alluretile@gmail.com to cancel any order.

Refunds are credited to the same payment type used to originally purchase.

Returns

Prior to returning product, please contact us via phone at 952-846-4300 or email at alluretile@gmail.com to determine whether your product is eligible for return/refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 48 business hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Customer may be responsible for return freight and restock charges may also apply.

Used product are not eligible for return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as credit can take several days to post. If after several days it has not posted please contact your bank.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alluretile@gmail.com.

Defective or Damaged Product

Delivered product must be inspected upon delivery and any damaged or potentially damaged product noted with the delivery service. Please contact us via phone at 952-846-4300 or email at alluretile@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

Sale/Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. Special order products are not typically eligible for refund.

Warranties

Contact us for manufacturer details for warranties. Natural Stone & Tile doesn’t handle warranty issues directly but will assist customers with contacting the appropriate person to resolve any issue.
